Why I Started This Blog

A lifetime of sketches, stalls, breakthroughs, and creative crashes. These moments made me pause, reflect, and write—first in a private studio journal, now publicly for fellow artists.
I started that journal on October 30, 2023. Not daily, but often: daily aims, project breakdowns, lofty goals. It became my witness through long solitary studio hours. Mid-sentence, I’d wonder: Could this help another creator? The thought kept orbiting back until action felt inevitable.
Past blog attempts existed, buried in old site versions. This one’s different—born from quiet morning reflections and late-night studio goodnights. Writing revealed what matters most.
Here’s what I’ll share: raw looks at my Creative Process, helpful vs. harmful Creative Mindsets, and Tools of the Trade (from traditional to tech).

No perfection. Just the real journey—even when money wasn’t motivation.
I hope something resonates. Take what serves, leave the rest—like I do with my journal.
Welcome to The Creative Nomad!
